About the role

Regulations such as NIS2 and DORA now require regular security training, including for management boards. Clients want programmes that go beyond a yearly video. This role designs and delivers them. You assess what different staff groups need, write workshop and e-learning content, and run sessions on site and online. You also plan phishing awareness campaigns with client security teams and report on results. You work with our governance and incident response consultants, who supply real scenarios for the material.

What you will do

  • Analyse training needs for staff groups, from production workers to executive boards
  • Design workshops, e-learning modules and short formats in German and English
  • Deliver sessions on site at client premises and in virtual classrooms
  • Plan awareness campaigns, including agreed phishing simulations, with client security teams
  • Measure participation and behaviour change and report results to client management

What you bring

  • 3+ years in training, adult education or security awareness
  • Confident presenting to groups of all sizes in German and English
  • Good basic understanding of information security threats and controls
  • Experience with an LMS and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate
  • Willingness to travel to client sites in Germany and Austria

Good to have

  • Train-the-trainer or adult education qualification (e.g. AdA-Schein)
  • Experience creating training for board members under NIS2 or DORA
